At Sugarfoot Rags, all products except stickers are made on-demand once the order is placed, reducing waste, and making sure that every product is uniquely crafted for you. This fulfillment process means usual orders take 2-5 business days to process. Large orders may incur slightly longer times. This time estimate does not apply to pre-orders.
Please note that we work with multiple factories and an order with multiple product types may have multiple packages in one order. Products will ship from individual factories as they are ready.
Once the order has been produced, it will ship. We currently only offer standard shipping which can take about 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Sticker orders are fulfilled and shipped within 2 business days. Stickers are shipped in a USPS envelope and usually arrive within 2-4 business days. No tracking is available for these items. If you need tracking for your stickers, please contact us before purchasing.
If you need something quicker, please contact us and we will see if we can assist in a quicker delivery.

Your product is made once it’s ordered. This process typically takes 2-5 business days to complete unless it is a particularly large order or a pre-order*.
Standard Shipping: Typically takes 2-5 business days to ship (after producing). During this time, it is normal to see tracking stall from time to time, however, it should still arrive no later than 10 business days after you have received shipment confirmation.
Because we work with multiple factories, orders with different product types may have separate shipping. If your order has multiple product types, you may receive multiple shipping confirmation emails.
*Pre-Orders have varying processing time. To check the ETA on when a pre-order will ship, please check the "Ship By" date posted on the the product page.
*Split Shipments: If you have a Pre-Order item in your order with released items, the order will split ship the pre-order and released products separately.

Sugarfoot Rags is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
If your tracking says delivered but is missing:
-Please check your front and back porch, side door, garage area, bushes and mailbox to make sure it’s not hiding. Ask your neighbors if they might have received it for you.
-Double check that the address entered with your order was correct.
-Please wait at least 3 business days but no longer than 12 days from when your tracking says delivered before taking action.
For Damaged or Stolen packages please reach out to our customer service team at contact@sugarfootrags.com. We would love to help in locating and finding a solution for your package.

We can not guarentee that a shipping address can be updated after the order is placed. However, if you have realized that you have entered the wrong information, please reach out to us as soon as possible with the updated information, and we will confirm the status of the order to see if the information can be corrected.
Please note, the window to make changes is super short, however we'll do all we can to help!

We work with a variety of manufacturers to build different product types. Orders with varying product types will be fulfilled in multiple factories and, as a result, have multiple shipments for that order. Each factory will ship the product they made once it is complete. You will receive an email for each shipment confirmation with tracking.
Shipping And Delivery
Returns + Exchanges

At Sugarfoot Rags, every item is made to order with care and precision, ensuring you receive a product uniquely crafted just for you. As a result, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your item arrives with a manufacturer defect, we are happy to assist you. Please reach out to us at contact@sugarfootrags.com with details of the issue, your order number, and include photos of the defect. Our team will promptly review your concern and work to resolve it.
Please note that returned items must be unused, unworn, and with all relevant tags still attached to be eligible. Products that have been altered are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Items must be shipped to us for inspection for your return to be processed.
Refund or store credit returns are only processed once your item has been delivered to us and passed inspection.
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Damaged or defective products must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement or refund.
Gift cards are not eligible for return.

Thank you for your purchase! The best way to check your order status is from your order confirmation email. Clicking on the link in that email will provide you with your order updates and tracking information.
We'll also be sure to send you tracking once your order has left our facility.

We are very limited to changes on orders after the order has been made. If you would like to request an order change or cancellation, please let us know as soon as possible what changes need to be made.
We can not guarantee the change/cancellation, however we will always do our best to accommodate.

If you have received a damaged item, this is certainly not up to our standard and want to make it right!
Please send us a photo of the damaged area on the item within 10 days of receiving the item. Having a photo helps us keep a record of the issue so we can monitor and prevent similar problems in the future. Once you provide a photo, we will be more than happy to assist you with a resolution.
To report the damaged item and initiate the process, follow these easy steps:
Take a clear photo of the damaged area, or wrong item received. Please include a bit of the printed area so we can provide this proof to our factories.

Our team will get back to you with the next steps.

Like our customers, each of our dresses is unique! To ensure the best fit, we created one size chart that will fit each design. You can find our size chart here. Note that most products are sized as a unisex product.
Some of our products are limited in size ranges. If you need a size larger than what is offered, please reach out and we will see what options we have for getting you your next favorite swing merch.
Please note all measurements listed in the size chart are measurements of the finished product, measured flat. If you are unsure of your size, the quickest way for you to find your size is to find a similar product in your closet and measure that to compare to our size charts.
It's super important to check the size chart before you purchase since sizing can vary between product types, though we’ve tried to keep them relatively close.

These can be purchased for yourself or as a great gift for friends. Please note, we do not currently have physical cards. All gift cards are electronic only.

Our products have a range of origin, but are all printed on demand in the US.
Our headquarters is in Phoenix AZ and brought to life by collaborating with other US-based artists.

Since all items are made to order, there may be slight variations between colors due to batch differences. This is normal. Sugarfoot Rags may also have slightly adjusted art files to get closer to a target color.
The goal is to always keep the color as consistent as possible.
If you are looking to fill an order of matching products, we recommend you place the order at one time to avoid differences in batch.
